Raising Your Vibration: Understanding Its Importance

At Zen Curator, I often talk about “raising your vibration” — but what does that actually mean? And why is it so important?
Everything in the universe is made of energy, and that includes you. Your thoughts, emotions, and even your subconscious beliefs emit a frequency. That frequency determines your vibration — the energetic signal you send out to the world — and in return, what you attract back.
When your vibration is high, life tends to flow. You feel clear, joyful, intuitive, and resilient. When your vibration is low, life can feel like an uphill battle. You might experience patterns of anxiety, stress, fatigue, and repeated emotional or physical issues.
Measuring Vibration: The Hawkins Map of Consciousness
Dr. David R. Hawkins, a physician and spiritual teacher, developed a Map of Consciousness based on decades of research. This scale measures human consciousness — or vibration — from 0 to 1000. Each level corresponds to a specific emotional state or worldview. The higher the level, the more empowered and aligned you are with truth, love, and expansion.
This isn’t just an abstract theory. The scale shows up in your real life — in your relationships, your career, your health, and your sense of purpose.

Here are a few key ideas drawn from Hawkins' work and insights shared on Life-Long Learner:
Below 200 on the scale, energy is contracted and survival-based. These states include shame, guilt, grief, fear, anger, and pride. People vibrating here often feel reactive, heavy, stuck, or like life is happening to them.
200 (Courage) is a turning point — it's the level where you begin to take responsibility and shift from victimhood to empowerment.
Levels above 200 begin to reflect openness, trust, compassion, joy, love, and eventually enlightenment. These vibrations expand your energy field and sense of possibility. You start to feel like life is happening through you or for you.
If you’re curious where your vibration currently sits, I can check this in a session — and more importantly, help you raise it. Just mention "Raise Vibration" on your session booking form.
Why a Low Vibration Attracts Struggle
When your vibration is low, you’re unconsciously tuned into fear, lack, or emotional pain. This acts like a magnet, attracting similar frequencies — whether that’s toxic relationships, physical ailments, or repetitive stressors. You’re also more energetically porous. That means you’re more prone to entity attachments and other energetic disturbances.
What Are Entities — And Why You Don’t Need to Fear Them
In energy healing, entities are non-physical energies or attachments that feed off lower vibrations like fear, anger, shame, or addiction. They can enter your field through trauma, emotional overwhelm, or spiritual openness without protection. You may feel their influence as:
Unusual mood swings or negative self-talk
Chronic fatigue or brain fog
Feeling disconnected or “not yourself”
Intrusive thoughts or sensations
The important thing to remember: you are more powerful than they are. These energies are not here to punish you. They often serve as indicators of unresolved emotional pain — and with awareness and healing, they can be released.
How I Can Help You Raise Your Vibration
In your Emotion Code or Body Code session, I can:
Check your current level of consciousness or vibration
Identify and release trapped emotions keeping you stuck
Clear energetic imbalances that drain your vitality
Remove entities or cords that no longer serve you
Guide you with tools and insights to stay energetically aligned
This isn’t just about feeling better — it’s about reclaiming your sovereignty, your intuition, and your ability to thrive.
Ready to Elevate?
Raising your vibration doesn’t require perfection — just willingness. The more you clear what’s holding you down, the more you’ll naturally rise into clarity, joy, and spiritual connection.
