The Layers of a Belief System

1. Faulty Core Identity (The Soil)
This is the foundation of a Faulty Belief System. A Faulty Core Identity represents the origin story of negative beliefs. These beliefs are often formed in childhood, when we absorb the ideas and perceptions of those around us without question. Over time, these beliefs become deeply intertwined with our identity, often to the point where they are difficult to distinguish from who we are.
2. Faulty Core Belief (The Roots of the Tree)
When a negative belief is reinforced by emotions and experiences, it begins to spread. These roots grow and intertwine, forming a complex network that supports the Faulty Belief System. This layer shows how one negative belief can multiply into additional limiting beliefs, creating a strong foundation for the entire system.
3. Limiting Belief (The Trunk of the Tree)
The trunk represents the central pillar of the Faulty Belief System. At this layer, we find the core limiting belief—a belief we hold about ourselves or the world. These beliefs are often hidden in the subconscious mind, yet they exert a powerful influence over our actions and decisions.
4. Negative Program (The Branches and Leaves)

A Belief Code session takes approximately 50 minutes, during which 1-3 beliefs are released, depending on the depth of the belief and the number of imbalances that need to be addressed. We use Body Code and Emotion Code techniques to facilitate this process.
Preparing for Your Session
When booking a session, you will need to provide 2-3 issues or blocks that you would like to work on. This helps focus the session on the most impactful beliefs affecting your life.
Processing and Follow-Up
