How Subliminals Work to Reframe the Mind

A transparent look at subconscious reprogramming
Over the years, one of the most common repeating patterns I’ve seen — both in clients and within myself — is money and financial struggle.
The cycle of “not enough.”The pressure around security. The quiet, subconscious fear of instability. And the truth is… many of these patterns don’t begin with us.
They’re rooted in inherited beliefs, childhood conditioning, emotional imprints, and identity-level programming that sits deep within the subconscious mind.
In my own healing journey, I’ve paired Emotion Code®, Body Code™, and Belief Code™ with listening to subliminals behind the scenes.
But for a long time, I didn’t share subliminals publicly.
Why?
Because I understand the hesitation.
When you can’t consciously hear what’s being said, it’s natural to ask: Can I trust this? What exactly is being programmed?
That question is valid.
And it deserves an honest answer.
Your brain shifts into theta brainwave state — the same receptive state experienced during early childhood, when many of your core beliefs, emotional responses, and behavioural patterns were formed. This is where subliminals do their work.
What Are Subliminals?
The word subliminal literally means “below the threshold of conscious awareness.”
Subliminal affirmations are positive statements layered quietly beneath music, nature sounds, or meditation audio. You may not consciously hear the words — they are softened or whispered into the background — but they are still processed by the subconscious mind.
Instead of being filtered, analysed, or rejected by your conscious thoughts (“That’s not true” or “That could never happen”), the affirmations gently bypass the conscious mind and reach the subconscious directly.
And that’s where real change begins.

Conscious effort alone cannot override deep subconscious programming. But repetition in a receptive state can begin to reshape it.
